Musubu Espai Cultural is a space devoted to the dialogue between contemporary creation and lyric music, where concerts, performances, and artistic projects unfold in an intimate setting that fosters vocal excellence, artistic experimentation, and meaningful encounters with audiences.
ABOUT ME
Costa Rican singer Andrés Rodríguez is based in Barcelona, where he performs both as a soloist and as a chorister in the world of opera.
Driven by a desire to explore his voice in new ways, he revisits the boleros and beloved songs of his native Costa Rica, blending the refined technique of his operatic background with a deep passion for sharing music in an intimate and authentic way.
His musical journey embraces a variety of ensembles, from the warmth of guitar accompaniment to the elegance of piano-based classical settings, as well as more traditional performances enriched by percussion and brass. His repertoire also explores fusions with jazz, bringing new colors and a contemporary sensibility to his musical language.
Today, he divides his time between Barcelona and the Burgundy region of France, while continuing to travel and perform internationally.
